We completely tore off 3-tab 20 year old shingles. Applied 15lb felt paper and ice & water shield along the eaves of the roof. Re-roofed with 30 year GAF architectural shingles. Installed white drip edge along eaves of the roof. Removed old aluminum fascia. Re-cladded fascia board with white aluminum trim gauged at .019. Removed old aluminum gutters and installed white seamless gutters gauged at .032.
